How and when you receive money
Payout flow
1
Buyer pays
Money held in Paystack escrow. Not accessible to you yet.
2
You confirm and ship
Accept order, ship item, upload proof and waybill.
3
Buyer confirms delivery
After receiving and inspecting item, buyer clicks "Confirm".
4
Money released
Funds sent to your bank account (minus 2.5% fee).
Payout timing
- Standard: Within 24 hours after buyer confirms
- Auto-release: If courier confirms delivery and buyer doesn't act within timeframe
- Dispute hold: Paused until dispute resolved
Bank requirements
- Nigerian bank account (savings or current)
- Account name must match your registered name
- BVN verified during registration
- Valid account number
Note: Payouts go directly to your bank account. We never hold your money in a wallet.
What affects payout
- Disputes: Money held until resolution
- Bank holidays: May cause slight delays
- Weekends: Payouts process but may arrive next business day
Auto-release explained
If courier tracking shows "Delivered" and buyer doesn't confirm or dispute within the grace period, funds auto-release to you. This protects sellers from dishonest buyers.
