Know where your item is at all times

Tracking methods

1. Dashboard tracking

Log in to your buyer dashboard. All your orders are listed with current status and last update.

2. Public tracking (no login)

Go to holderlian.com/track and enter:

View real-time status without logging in.

3. Email notifications

Automatic emails sent at every status change. Check your inbox (and spam folder).

4. SMS tracking

If you enabled SMS during registration, receive text updates for major events (shipped, delivered).

Order statuses explained

PENDING Pending payment
Order created but payment not yet received. Complete payment to proceed.

Paid
Payment received. Waiting for seller to confirm and prepare item.

CONFIRMED Confirmed
Seller has accepted order and is preparing to ship.

IN_TRANSIT In transit
Item shipped. Tracking number available in dashboard.

OUT_FOR_DELIVERY Out for delivery
Item with courier, expected delivery today.

DELIVERED Delivered
Marked as delivered by courier. Inspect and confirm.

DISPUTE Dispute
Issue raised. Under review.

COMPLETED Completed
You confirmed delivery, seller paid.

CANCELLED Cancelled
Order cancelled, refund issued if payment made.

Tracking number lookup

When seller ships, they provide a waybill/tracking number. You can track directly on courier website:

Tip: Save your Order ID and tracking number. You'll need them for support inquiries.
