Do I need a bank account to buy?
No. Pay via card, bank transfer, or USSD. No bank details required.
What are the fees for buyers?
Zero. Buyers pay nothing. Sellers pay 2.5% on successful sales.
What payment methods are accepted?
Verve, Mastercard, Visa, bank transfers, USSD, QR codes via Paystack.
Disputes & problems
What if item never arrives?
Raise a dispute. If seller can't prove shipping, full refund within 48 hours.
Item is fake or damaged. What do I do?
Do not confirm delivery. Take photos and raise dispute within 48 hours.
How long do disputes take?
Our team reviews and resolves within 48 hours.
Can I cancel after paying?
If seller hasn't confirmed, contact support for cancellation. Once confirmed, coordinate with seller.
General questions
How do I know a seller is legitimate?
They must have a valid Seller ID starting with S (e.g., S2X5M8). Always verify.
When does seller get paid?
Only after you click "Confirm Delivery". Take your time inspecting.
What is auto-release?
If courier confirms delivery and you don't confirm or dispute within timeframe, funds auto-release to seller.
